Bobcats ADM has clear and simple rules we ask all our members to follow. These are in the interests of safety and respect for other members, competitors, coaches and spectators.

1. Arrive promptly on to poolside with appropriate kit, ready to train.
2. If you are late you must get a parent to notify reasons to the coach's before arrival to be allowed entry to the session.
3. At all times are respectful to coaches / teachers / helpers, squad officials and other swimmers.
4. Encourage and support teammates in ALL squad related situations.

5.    Display a positive attitude and show commitment and responsibility for training and the squad.

6. Be willing to train hard, correctly, with enthusiasm at ALL times.
7. Attempt to be the best of your ability and without question, undertake all tasks asked of you by the coach.
8. Always give your best in every training session and every race, and never underestimate what you can achieve as a team or as an individual.
9. Discourage other club members messing around, missing lengths and generally disrupting the session.
10. No talking when the coach is talking, this is a sign of respect. Listen, learn, and collect as much knowledge as you can.
11. At galas all swimmers must do as the coaches and marshals ask them to. They must not go and sit with their parents until they have finished their swims during the session unless approved by the coach. Coaches will not look after any belongings.

12. No standing up.

13. NO single arm butterfly- unless it's being used as a drill.

14. Use appropriate language any offensive or inappropriate language will be dealt with straight away, if language continues it will be brought to the attention of the welfare officer.

15. The coach is in charge of discipline. The coach has the final word.

16. Swimmers MUST attend ALL sessions they have been asked to do even leading up to and down from competitions (E.g., Friday morning, Friday night, and Monday morning)

17. Members must respect the rules of all venues whether in training or at a gala.

18. Individual entries at external galas using the Bobcats name, must seek approval from the Head Coach.
19. Members should check the notice board or website regularly. If there are details of an upcoming gala or event members should indicate their availability to a coach or competition secretary as soon as possible.
