Succession Planning Policy

The succession planning policy of Burnley Bobcats ADM is based on the following four concepts.

The club committee seeks to:

�  Recruit additional volunteers as required, to ease the pressure on the current holders of responsibility within the club

�  Attempt to make the Head Coach's job less pressurised by encouraging all the committee to further their qualification levels

�  Seek and identify possible successors to the principal post holders at the club

�  Encourage older swimmers to join the poolside staff / undertake training / gain qualifications
